This
is a full mouth restoration for a TMJ patient. After Tomograph X-rays and K-7/EMG readings, her jaw was moved
into a new relaxed position to correct the bite and relieve her symptoms. All porcelain crowns were prepared in
one appointment. She is now pain free with a gorgeous
smile.
This is
a case of severe bruxism and an end on bite. All teeth were prepared in one appointment, preceded by evaluation
and treatment work with the K-7/EMG unit. The patient left with beautiful temporaries that he wore comfortably
for six months, due to his being out of the country. His new porcelain crowns are beautiful as you can see.
This
patient had sinus lifts and three implants placed in the upper arch. porcelain crowns, and veneers finished the
upper arch first. Cemented bridges, porcelain crowns and veneers completed the lower arch. This patient was
once again able to eat comfortable and confidentially after replacing her missing
teeth.
This
patient
had a severe underbite with no upper teeth showing. His bite was repositioned and rebuilt to where it was
before he ground his teeth away. He wanted function and did not care about beauty
until
he saw the result. The whole shape of his face changed from correcting his bite with this beautiful work. He
doesn't stop smiling, and cosmetics do matter to him now!
This
patient longed for a beautiful smile that was perfect and white
. Fear of dentistry had kept her from it.
When she heard about Dr. Clarke's pain free dentistry, and oral sedation/sleep dentistry, her dream came true.
Now with metal-free all porcelain crowns and veneers, she is estatic with the results. She feels as beautiful
as she looks.
This full
mouth rehabilitation changed this persons life. She suffered with severe migrains for 20 years. She needed two
implants and much other work. Her jaw was totally realigned and opened. She has not had one single migraine since
since the completion of her case and has received the bonus of gorgeous teeth.
This is
a full mouth rehabilitation. Two implants were placed in the lower arch. Patient had recession and fractures
through most of her teeth due to an incorrect bite. Her occlusion was corrected and repositioned with the K-7/EMG
unit. This case of all porcelain crowns was prepared in one appointment.
This
patient had ground his lower teeth away so that none showed in front. He suffered with severe jaw, facial and neck
pain. With his bite corrected to the appropriate position, he is now pain free and has a beautiful smile.
This
patient was missing back teeth and wanted function and beauty. She needed a sinus lift and three upper implants.
Her jaw needed to be moved into the correct comfortable position and extensive dental treatment was done. She was
restored with a permanent implant bridge. Another bridge was cemented to natural teeth. The case was completed with
all porcelain crowns. It was a long road but she couldn't be happier with the functional and beautiful teeth that
she had dreamed of for several years.
This patient had patchwork dentistry done for years. He had worn down his upper partial along with his three remaining teeth, which were in the same state. Dr. Clarke amazingly salvaged all four lower front teeth with root canals and crown lengthening. There was severe bone loss in areas especially in the lower front. Three implants were placed on each side in the lower posterior along with some bone grafting. An upper over denture was built. The lower arch was restored with a permanently cemented lower anterior bridge and an implant bridge on each side. This patient's health and energy improved greatly with all the infection gone. He can eat like he used to.
This patient had natural dark lower front teeth with spaces, bone loss and recession. The back teeth were all defective metal based crowns in different shades, most with open margins and decay which were restored with two implant crowns. Porcelain veneers were placed on the front teeth and metal-free porcelain crowns replaced the old ones.
This patient would not show his teeth when he smiled as he had extensive abrasion and stains from tetracycline antibiotic taken as a child. He chose to do twelve upper and eight lower porcelain veneers and crowns to transform his smile. He smiles freely now.
This is a case where the patient had a failing bridge in the upper anterior (front) that was metal based. Laser contouring was done to raise the
gum line so the size of the two front teeth would match. The bridge was replaced with an all porcelain bridge and six all porcelain crowns were done to surround and complete this beautiful case.
