Advanced Technology

The dentist you chose is one that you should research and do your homework on. Credentials, Experience, Expertise and Reputation are crucial in this decision. Staying current with the latest technology and advances is absolutely crucial. To perform TOTAL DENTISTRY by one dentist within his office requires great skill and much state-of-the-art equipment. The once-dreaded visit to the dentist should now be a truly pleasurable, pain-free experience. Dr. Clarke is committed to excellence in dentistry to each of his patients. He and his highly skilled team's mission is to make your visit an extraordinary experience with exceeded expectations.

Some of the advanced technology/equipment provided by Dr. Clarke:

Centrifuge

The Centrifuge computer separates regenerative cells to accelerate the healing process after a surgical procedure. In some cases, the Centrifuge can restore cells equivalent to that of a healthy 25 year-old. We have seen amazing results in the healing of sinus lifts, bone grafting, tissue grafting, implants and occasionally, periodontal disease.

Laser and Medication for Periodontal Disease

Safe and effective for aiding bone growth and eliminating Periodontal Disease without surgery.

Digital X-rays

Reduces over 80% of radiation and provides more diagnostic support for Dr. Clarke and his team. Digital X-rays allow for immediate viewing on a chair-side computer screen located in each treatment room.

Digital Photography

Allows immediate viewing of any tooth that may be fractured, decayed or otherwise damaged; leaking fillings, tissue inflammation or other visible problems in your mouth.

Panorex/Tomography X-ray

Used in Neuromuscular Dentistry procedures, this x-ray machine produces two types of images: Panorex provides images of your entire mouth. Tomography shows the neuromuscular make-up of your jaw and face. Having this unit in our office saves our patients time, travel and money. It allows Dr. Clarke to diagnose problems in his office without delay.

Diode Tissue Laser

Allows for manipulation of tissue while virtually eliminating the pain associated with incisions, sutures and electro-surgery.

Air Abrasion

Allows for drill-free, pain-free dentistry without the use of anesthesia.

Myomonitor Tens Unit

A mild muscle stimulator that exercises the facial/jaw/neck/shoulder muscles and brings them into a relaxed position. Used prior to the Myotronics K-7 system, Tens is also valuable for a patient whose jaw has "locked" due to TMJ Disorder.

Myotronics K-7 EMG

Measures the jaw's muscle function in both stressed and relaxed positions to determine its optimal position. Must be performed by a skilled, Neuromuscular Dentist like Dr. Clarke.
